All items listed are pictured in their respective listings and concise descriptions and are as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device will relay the images and tone colours exactly therefore, we cannot guarantee that the tones of colours you see and/or perceived are exact. If you are in any doubt about this please contact us immediately

Sometimes information may appear on this site that has been posted in error, which may be evident relating to pricing details and pricing and availability. Realist Co reserves the right to correct any of these errors as soon as possible – even after orders have been submitted and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Price Changes & Stock Availability

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Whilst we endeavour to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information, occasionally ordered items may not be available as listed.

In the case that part of your order is unavailable or out of stock, the item(s) will be cancelled from the order with notification and where applicable, a refund shall be applied for the cost of the regarded item(s).

Realist Co ensures that all our product descriptions and prices are up-to-date and are as accurate as possible. However, in a few cases, pricing errors may occur with our listings. Should we discover a pricing error while processing your order and payment, we will immediately rectify the problem. We will also make sure to inform you about the error with your order as soon as possible.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the delivery of the products they purchase on our site, as specified on your order confirmation.

Shipments and delivery

Customers bear all risks of loss and damage to any products from the time they have been cleared by us and delivery is deemed complete and title to the products passes to you upon acceptance of shipment by a common carrier.

Realist Co shall not be liable for any delay, failure in performance or destruction to purchased property before delivered, which have been caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchange

If you would like an exchange, it can only be to the value of your original order. Any differences in price will be refunded. Please indicate on the return slip the item what you would like to exchange. Note: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Refunds will be for the cost of the items returned and will not include original shipping costs. The cost of sending items for returns or exchange is the responsibility of the customer.

Realist Co reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not resalable – your statutory rights are not affected. If an item is damaged/faulty you must contact us at [email protected] upon receiving the item and provide us with detailed images of the damage/fault immediately.

Sale items are non-returnable. This does not apply to faulty items.

Severability

If any provision of these general Terms and Conditions of sale is determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these general Terms and Conditions of sale remain in full force to the extent permitted by law.

Customs and Duties

All customers must make themselves aware of the Policies of their country’s customs agencies.

Realist Co is not responsible for any additional fees incurred as a result of taxes levied on items shipped.

Governing Law and Choice of Forum

The laws of the United Kingdom governs all matters arising out of or relating to these general Terms and Conditions of sale, including, without limitation, their validity, interpretation, construction, performance and enforcement. All legal proceedings arising out of, or in connection with these general Terms and Conditions of sale shall be brought solely in the courts of the United Kingdom.
